We guarantee that our products for a period for one year from date of purchase against defects in workmanship and materials. This warranty is limited to the repair and replacement of the product [refund of the purchase price at ABSS (American Bulldog Security Systems) option]. 2. When service is required, the warranty is validated by the submission of a fully completed warranty card. 3. This warranty becomes void if the product shows evidence of having been misused, mishandled or tampered with contrary to the applicable instruction manual. 4. Routine cleaning, normal cosmetic and mechanical wear and tear are not covered under the terms of this warranty. 5. The warranty expressly provided for herein is the sole warranty provided in connection with the product itself and no other warranty, expressed or implied is provided. ABSS assumes no responsibilities for any other claims not specifically specified in this warranty. 6. This warranty does not cover the shipping cost, insurance or any other incidental charges. 7. You must call ABSS before sending any product back for repair. You will be given a Return Authorization number. When returning the product for warranty service, please pack it carefully in the original box with all supplied accessories, and enclose your original receipt or copy, and a brief explanation of the problem (include RMA#). 8. This warranty is valid only in the USA 9. This warranty card cannot be reissued. All sales are final.
All orders from American Bulldog Security may be returned within two weeks for a refund with the exception of the products listed below*. In order to return or exchange all or part of your order, you must contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Call (212) 228-2560 to obtain an RMA# from an ABS representative. The Seller will pay shipping for all domestic orders over $200.00 however if products are returned for any reason this shipping charge will be deducted from the refunded payment.
All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging and in original condition including manuals, accessories, cables, etc. with the authorization (RMA#) clearly printed on the outside of the package. Return requests must be made within 15 days of the purchase date. All free items must be returned together with purchased items in order to receive a full refund. Any shipping and/or handling charges on the original order cannot be refunded. At our discretion, we may levee a restocking fee of 15% of the cost of items returned. Any vouchers or gift certificates earned by a returned order will be voided, and the voucher amount will be charged to any order to which it was applied.
American Bulldog Security is not responsible for shipping costs or damage on returned items. Units to be returned should be packed carefully. Please be advised that packages sent by normal US Postal Service cannot be tracked to ensure delivery. Since ABS cannot provide credit for a return without confirming its receipt, we recommend that you use a delivery service that can be tracked and or insured. We provide lifetime tech support by email and six months of personal telephone tech support free of charge.
